  • any information shown on a suppliers invoice.
  • suppliers bank account number and sort code. These are only used to make BACS payments for goods/services they have supplied.

 

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We do not sell any your personal data to any third parties.  We use your personal data for the following reasons:

  1. Internal record keeping.
    2. We may use the information to improve our products and services.
    3. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
    4. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
  2. We do share your personal data with any delivery/shipping companies we use where it may needed to facilitate the delivery of your order. These companies may contact you by telephone, text or email to provide information on the progress of your delivery.
  3. We do share your email address with email marketing companies. This method is only used when we need to send the same message to all or a large number of our customers or suppliers.
  4. If you choose to make and pay for an order over the telephone we obviously have to share your information with the Card Payment Service Provider during the call. WE DO NOT store or keep records of any customer’s credit card or debit card details.
  5. We will only share your personal data with other third parties if required to do so by law.

We will retain your personal data for a minimum period of 6 years from the end of our last company financial year in which your last invoice was raised.
